Once a payment has been successfully received, no return or refund requests will be entertained. Dharani Food Products reserves the full right to accept or reject any order at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description errors
- Incorrect or incomplete order details
If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued for any payment already received.
If a customer is not fully satisfied with our products, they may write to us at dharanifoodprofuct@gmail.com, and our support team will respond with an appropriate resolution.
Refunds for payments made via credit card will be processed back to the original card used during the transaction. For payments made through mobile wallets or other payment gateways, refunds will be issued through the same mode.
An unboxing video is mandatory for reporting any damage or missing items. Any such claims will be considered only if supported by a clear and complete unboxing video.
